Role
As a Bartender at Lofi, you are responsible for delivering fast, accurate and focused service during events. You keep the bar running smoothly and stay aware of the wider flow of the night.
You work in an environment where timing matters and pressure is part of the job. During busy moments, you remain calm and precise. You work closely with runners, bar managers and fellow bartenders to maintain consistency and pace from opening to closing.
Responsibilities
Setup
- Prepare the bar before opening
- Check equipment, stock levels and supplies
- Ensure your workspace is clean, organised and ready for service
During events
- Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately
- Operate the POS system and correctly register all sales
- Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised throughout the night
- Coordinate with runners and colleagues to maintain flow
- Contribute to a focused and welcoming atmosphere behind the bar
Closing
- Clean and reset the bar and all equipment
- Restock refrigerators and supplies for the next event
- Report any issues or shortages to the bar manager
- Leave the workspace organised and ready for the next shift

Role
As a Runner at Lofi, you support the flow of the night and make sure the bar, floor and backstage teams can work without interruption.
Guests, drinks, artists and crew are constantly in motion. As a runner, you connect these parts. You anticipate what’s needed, act before being asked, and keep things moving quietly and efficiently. This role requires awareness, stamina and initiative.
Responsibilities
Operational support
- Keep bars stocked, organised and ready at all times
- Deliver drinks, glassware and materials quickly and accurately
- Maintain clean and safe work areas for staff and guests
Floor & service flow
- Collect and sort glassware throughout the venue
- Manage waste and return systems correctly
- Respond quickly during peak moments
- Support colleagues wherever needed
Backstage & logistics
- Assist backstage operations and support artists when required
- Transport materials between storage, bars and other areas
- Help with setup and breakdown of operational spaces

Role
As a Stage Manager at Lofi, you are responsible for everything on and around the stage during events. You ensure that all technical and artistic elements run according to plan, and that artists, technicians, and crew are well informed and facilitated.
You assist artists with their requests and create a positive atmosphere in and around the DJ booth, helping them feel free, welcome, and supported. You are in constant contact with artists, technology, and production teams, acting as the central link to ensure each show runs smoothly, professionally, and on schedule.

As an Artist Care employee at Lofi, you are responsible for coordinating and providing care and guidance for artists during their visit. You ensure that all wishes and agreements are clear in advance and that artists feel welcome and supported.
You communicate with artists, agents, technicians, backstage hosts, and stage managers to create the best possible experience and foster a lasting connection with the Lofi community. As a member of the Awareness Team at Lofi, you ensure that visitors feel welcome, safe, and heard. You are visibly present on the floor, identify potential issues, and offer initial support in the event of incidents. You act as a first point of contact for visitors experiencing unsafe or uncomfortable situations, offering a listening ear without judgment or advice and helping ensure a safe conclusion to the situation.
You work closely with floor management and security, communicating clearly and reporting incidents promptly so that they can be followed up appropriately. You are not responsible for enforcement, first aid, or denying entry, but you are a key part of maintaining a safe and inclusive atmosphere.

Achter het nachtleven van Lofi schuilt een wereld van voorbereiding en samenwerking. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair die onderdeel wil zijn van die wereld. Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van evenementen, leert je hoe de operatie van een club wordt aangestuurd en ontdekt wat er allemaal nodig is om een avond vlekkeloos tot leven te brengen.
Over Lofi
Lofi is een toonaangevende club gevestigd in een voormalige GVB-garage in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Hier brengen we de vrije geest van de Amsterdamse nachtcultuur tot leven, door een podium te bieden aan creativiteit en inclusiviteit. Van grootse indoor warehouse raves tot intieme community events, bij Lofi staat een diverse en levendige evenementenagenda centraal.
De rol
Als stagiair Event Management bij Lofi werk je samen met verschillende teams aan alles wat nodig is om onze evenementen soepel te laten verlopen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Evenementplanning:
- Coördineren van de productie- en technische vereisten voor elk evenement
- Contact met externe organisaties en leveranciers
- Assisteren bij het opstellen van roosters
- Productie:
- Voorbereiden van productie (riders verwerken)
- Assisteren en coördineren van de opbouw, afbraak en logistiek van evenementen.
- Bijhouden van de productiesheets
- Samenwerken met de operationeel manager om efficiëntie te vergroten
- Creatieve ontwikkeling:
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van creatieve concepten
- Onderzoeken van nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen in de evenementenindustrie (denk aan duurzaamheid, culturele relevantie, lezingen met ADE, etc.)
- Budgetbeheer:
- Bijhouden van uitgaven en rapporteren aan de operationeel manager
Daarnaast krijg je de kans om 1 dag per week tijdens events mee te draaien. Als je het leuk vindt, kunnen we je opleiden tot stagemanager of kun je af en toe meelopen met de technisch producent.

Niet zomaar een club, niet zomaar een stage
Lofi is een toonaangevende club gevestigd in een voormalige GVB-garage in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Hier wordt de vrije geest van de Amsterdamse nachtcultuur nieuw leven ingeblazen, door ruimte te geven aan creativiteit en inclusiviteit te versterken. Net als het publiek, is de diversiteit aan evenementen groot; van indoor warehouse raves tot intieme community events.
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste allround productie stagiair om ons team te versterken en bij te dragen aan onvergetelijke ervaringen voor onze bezoekers.
Wat ga je doen?
Als stagiair allround productie ondersteun je ons in diverse praktische en logistieke taken die cruciaal zijn voor het soepel laten verlopen van onze evenementen. Je ondersteunt onze locatiemanager en zorgt samen met hem dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Opbouw en afbraak van evenementen: Het voorbereiden en inrichten van het terrein voor verschillende evenementen, van het plaatsen van podiumelementen tot het opzetten van decoratie.
- Reparaties uitvoeren: Kleine reparaties en onderhoud aan de faciliteiten uitvoeren om ervoor te zorgen dat alles in topconditie blijft.
- Logistiek: Coördineren van het vervoer van apparatuur en materialen tussen leveranciers en de locatie.
- Voorraadbeheer: Beheren van de voorraad van benodigdheden zoals gereedschap, schoonmaakmiddelen en technische apparatuur.
- Algemeen onderhoud: Het onderhouden van de clubruimte en het buitenterrein om een veilige en schone omgeving te waarborgen.
- Productiewerk: tijdens de weekenden ondersteun je producties als stagiair door onderdeel uit te maken van de ‘site crew’, waarbij je meewerkt aan de opbouw en afbraak, logistiek, onderhoud, veiligheid, technische ondersteuning en toegangsbeheer. Flexibiliteit is hierbij essentieel.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Ben jij een gemotiveerde student in de richting facility management, podium- en evenemententechniek, MBO event management of doe je een andere passende opleiding, én heb je een passie voor elektronische muziek en nachtcultuur?

- Flexibel en bereid is om ook in de avonden en weekenden te werken.
- 3 tot 5 dagen in de week beschikbaar is.

- Handig is met gereedschap en basisreparaties zelfstandig kan uitvoeren.
